2 carp fillets1 large tomato or 2 small4 onions10 black olives without grains1 lemonOlive oilSaltMix 5 grains from the millBasil

Remove the bones from the carp fillets if necessary using tongs.

Peel the onions, grate them.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the peduncle, cut it into pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C or Th.6.

Coat the bottom of the papillots with olive oil. Separate the onion and tomatoes. Put the carp fillets, salt, give a few turns from the mixture with 5 berries. Squeeze 1/2 lemon, add a little olive oil, close the papillotes carefully. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Gently open the packages so as not to burn with steam. Garnish with the rest of the lemon cut into quarters and a few fresh basil leaves.

To make it easier, prepare sea carp fillets from your fishmonger. For fairly thick fillets choose seafood fillets, however they will be less affordable.
