Cold beet soup recipe with fresh goat cheese


  • 2 cooked beets
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 250 ml liquid cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons. fresh goat cheese
  • pine nuts
  • Basil leaves



Cut the cooked and peeled beets into cubes and place them in the blender. Add peeled and degenerated garlic clove and lemon juice.


Start mixing and gradually pour in the liquid cream until you get a smooth soup. Salt and pepper to taste.
