For 4 people you need:
- 4 cod fillets
- 100 gr flour
- 15 g baking powder
- 50 g of corn starch
- 75 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 12 cl of water
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lime
- Some branches of chickpeas
- Grape seed oil
Preparation steps:
- In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, cottage cheese, egg and water until you get a soft donut dough.
- Dip the fish into the dough on each side.
- In a saucepan heat the hot grape seed oil to 180 ° C.
- Dip pieces of fish in it and let simmer and fry for 5 minutes. Turn them over and drain them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
