– Prepare your homemade cream with coconut oil
For a homemade sunscreen, you will need:
- 1 tablespoon beeswax or soy wax
- 4 tablespoons shea butter
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons nanoparticles zinc oxide
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (olive, raspberry seed, jojoba, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon of vitamin E.
To prepare your homemade cream, melt the oils and butter in a bain-marie without boiling them. Allow to cool for a few minutes and add the zinc oxide when the preparation freezes. Mix with an electric beater or mixer and add vitamin E. Pour your mixture into a pre-sterilized glass jar and allow to cool before using.
