Recipe for tuna tartare with mango
Ingredients
- 400 gr very fresh tuna fillets
- 1 mango
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 small onion
- For spices:
- 3 tablespoons. sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons. chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons. lime juice
- 1 small onion
- 1 C. soy sauce
- salt and pepper

We cut the tuna into small cubes. Also cut the mango into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion and the green part of the new onion.
