Recipe for tuna tartare with mango

Ingredients

  • 400 gr very fresh tuna fillets
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 small onion
  • For spices:
  • 3 tablespoons. sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons. lime juice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 C. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

We cut the tuna into small cubes. Also cut the mango into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion and the green part of the new onion.
