Recipe for tuna tartare with mango


  • 400 gr very fresh tuna fillets
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 small onion
  • For spices:
  • 3 tablespoons. sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons. lime juice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 C. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper



We cut the tuna into small cubes. Also cut the mango into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion and the green part of the new onion.


Put everything in a salad bowl and mix.


Prepare the spices: mix the sesame oil, minced coriander, lemon juice, finely chopped onion, soy sauce, salt and pepper.


Pour into the salad bowl and mix well. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
