  • 400 g red cabbage in a bag (pre-cut)

  • 2 onions

Preparation

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it in parts. Peel the onions and then chop finely.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the red cabbage. Coat with vinegar and fry for a few minutes. Add the potato pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Coat with chicken broth.

  • 1 liter of almond milk
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50 gr spinach
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 white leek
  • 1 celery stalk (with leaves)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bouquet garni (trumpet, bay leaves, rosemary)
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash all vegetables with water. We remove the roots at the end of the white leek and cut it into small slices. Cut the celery stalk into pieces and grate the thick leaves. Cut zucchini into pieces. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and peppers. Clean them and cut them into medium pieces. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
