Vegan breakfast: 3 minutes is enough for this balanced recipe

The main ingredient of this recipe, dates is an antioxidant bomb that fights free radicals to slow down premature skin aging. Ingredients for the cream:

  • 125 gr of dates
  • 1 banana
  • 125 ml of almond milk

Ingredients for granules:

  • 420 gr almonds
  • 180 gr minced coconut
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 300 gr dates medjool
  • 190 gr blueberry
  • 80 gr coconut oil

For the cream, place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until homogeneous. Book.
For the granola, put the almonds, coconut and cinnamon in a blender. Then stir for a few seconds. Almonds should be lightly pressed.
Then add the dates, blueberries and coconut oil. Mix again.
Once the mass is homogeneous and granular, place the mass in a pan.
Cooking: in dehydrator at 42 ° C overnight or in the oven for 4 hours at 70 ° C.
For a cooked version: bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
The granules will be stored for a month in an airtight container. Put the cream and granola in a bowl and add some fresh fruit and / or nuts as above.
